1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service subscription or project with us, subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing by contacting us at support@infinitywebsolutions.in.
- For ongoing projects, cancellation requests made within 7 days of the start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any costs incurred for work already completed.
- For subscription-based services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period.
2. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while taking into account the nature of our services:
- Website Development Projects: Refunds for website development services will be based on the stage of the project. If the project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund will be provided. For cancellations after work has begun, a partial refund will be issued based on the proportion of work completed.
- Digital Marketing Services: Refunds for digital marketing services are typically not available due to the nature of the services provided. However, in special cases, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Subscription Services: No refunds will be issued for services that have already been delivered. Refunds for future services can be requested if the subscription is canceled before the start of the next billing cycle.
3. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- If the project has been fully completed and delivered as per the agreed terms.
- If delays or issues were caused by the client, including failure to provide necessary information or materials in a timely manner.
- If the service was canceled after the agreed delivery deadline.
4. Process for Refunds
To request a refund, please contact us at support@infinitywebsolutions.in with your project details, order number, and reason for the refund request. Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
